Studio Policies
Membership, Cancellation, and Safety Policies
Version 2026-08-12
CoreFlow Studio accounts are used for booking, class credits, membership management, waiver records, and important service messages. Keep your contact details current so the studio can reach you about schedule or account changes.
Booking and Attendance
- •Classes, private sessions, and waitlist spots must be booked through your account before attending.
- •First-time clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early for orientation, equipment setup, and safety review.
- •Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in denied entry, especially for first visits, equipment classes, full classes, or when entry would interrupt class flow or safety.
- •Grip socks and appropriate athletic attire are required for all equipment classes.
- •Clients are responsible for choosing classes that match their current ability, health, and experience level. The studio may recommend private sessions, modifications, or a different class format when appropriate.
- •The studio may refuse or remove a participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or inconsistent with studio policies.
Cancellations, Waitlist, and Fees
- •Class cancellations should be made through your account at least 12 hours before class. Cancellations by email, text, phone, or social media may not be processed in time.
- •Late cancellations may result in a $15 fee or loss of the class credit used for the booking.
- •No-shows may result in a $20 fee or loss of the class credit used for the booking.
- •Private session and duet session cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session unless the purchase page or written confirmation states a different window.
- •Private session and duet session reschedules require studio confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows for confirmed private or duet sessions may result in forfeiture of the session fee or another studio-approved fee.
- •Waitlist spots are free unless the purchase page states otherwise. A credit is not used unless a spot opens and the booking is confirmed.
- •If a waitlisted client is added to class, that booking becomes subject to the standard cancellation and no-show policy. Clients are responsible for managing duplicate bookings and waitlist holds.
Purchases and Memberships
- •Intro offers are one-time offers and may be limited by class type.
- •Class packs and credits expire according to the terms shown at purchase.
- •Monthly Unlimited covers group mat and group reformer classes only. Private sessions, duet sessions, workshops, retail, fees, and special events are booked and paid separately unless the purchase page states otherwise.
- •Monthly Unlimited is billed monthly until canceled. Online memberships can be canceled from the account profile when active.
- •For private and duet sessions, requested dates are scheduling options only. The studio collects payment for one session after one final date and time is confirmed.
- •Card payments are processed by Stripe. The studio does not store full payment card numbers on its website.
- •If a recurring membership payment fails, booking privileges may be paused until the account is brought current.
- •Membership freezes, extensions, or medical holds are available only when approved by the studio in writing and may require reasonable documentation.
- •All sales are final except where a refund, cancellation, or charge reversal is required by law or expressly approved by the studio in writing.
- •Purchases are personal to the account holder and are not transferable unless the studio approves in writing.
Studio Conduct and Property
- •Please silence phones and avoid recording other clients or instructors without permission.
- •Clients are responsible for personal belongings. The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- •Clients are responsible for damage caused by misuse of studio equipment or property.
- •Smoking, vaping, and use of intoxicating substances are not permitted in the studio.
- •Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, solicitation, unauthorized instruction, and unsafe conduct are not permitted.

- •A parent or legal guardian may be asked to complete additional documentation before the minor participates.

- •CoreFlow Studio may contact you by email, phone, or text about bookings, waitlist movement, purchases, account issues, policy updates, schedule changes, and service-related matters.
- •Marketing messages are optional where required by law, and you may opt out of promotional messages without affecting your ability to receive service-related messages.
- •Clients may not photograph, livestream, or record other clients, instructors, or class content without prior permission.
- •The studio may use security footage for safety, security, training, dispute review, and property protection as described in the privacy notice.
New Jersey Health Club Cancellation Notice
If your purchase is a health club services contract covered by New Jersey law, you may cancel a new or increased contract before midnight of the third operating day after receiving a copy of the contract. If you cancel within that period, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days after the studio receives your cancellation notice. If you entered into the contract online, you may initiate cancellation online. Cancellation rights may also apply for death, permanent disability, relocation more than 25 miles from the studio or an affiliated studio offering similar services at no additional expense, certain closures, and other situations described by law.
Notice to Customer
You are entitled to a copy of your contract at the time you sign it. If your purchase is covered by New Jersey health club services law, you may cancel a new or increased contract before midnight of the third operating day after receiving a copy of the contract.
To cancel within that period, use any cancellation option made available in your online account, email coreflowmovement@gmail.com, place a phone call to the studio location where the agreement was entered into, personally deliver a signed and dated cancellation notice, or send a signed and dated cancellation notice by regular, registered, or certified mail to the studio address listed in your purchase receipt or membership agreement.
If you cancel within the three-operating-day period, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days after the studio receives your cancellation notice. "Operating day" means a calendar day on which clients may inspect and use the facility and services for at least eight hours, except Sundays and holidays.
Covered contracts may also be cancellable for death, permanent disability confirmed by a physician, relocation more than 25 miles from the studio or an affiliated studio offering similar services at no additional expense, certain closures longer than 30 days, and other rights required by law.
You are responsible for choosing classes that match your current ability and health. Studio instruction is movement education, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
