Information We Collect

We may collect account information, contact details, birthday, guardian details for minors, class bookings, waitlist activity, purchases, membership status, payment status, waiver and policy acceptance records, IP address, user agent, account messages, and other information you choose to provide.

If you purchase classes, memberships, private sessions, or related services, payment details are processed by Stripe. CoreFlow Studio stores purchase records, payment status, Stripe customer or checkout references, and fulfillment information, but not full card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, provide classes and private sessions, process purchases, track credits and memberships, manage waitlists, maintain waiver and policy records, send service messages, support safety, respond to requests, prevent fraud or misuse, and operate the website.

Birthday information is used for account administration and client care, including birthday reminders for studio staff. Guardian information is used to document consent and contact a parent or legal guardian when a participant is under 18.

Minors

Participants under 18 require parent or legal guardian consent. We collect guardian details only as needed to document consent, support safety, manage accounts, and communicate about the minor's participation.

The website and studio services are not intended for unsupervised use by children. A parent or legal guardian should contact us if they believe a minor's information was provided without appropriate consent.
